This is a private tour: Your guide is here just for your group!

Payment is due in full before the start of each tour. This can be done in a variety of ways:

• pay in full at the time of booking online, using the discount code ‘payinfull’ and get 10% off the price

• pay a deposit of 30% at time of booking to secure your date using the promo code ‘deposit30’ then pay the remainder anytime before the start of the tour - either online or in person.

Waiver & Release of liability form: Each participant in the tour needs to sign a waiver & release of liability form in order to participate in the tour. This will be sent to you as a link.

Cancellation Policy:

• Once you have paid either in full or a deposit, you can cancel & get a full refund, no questions asked, up to 72 hours (3 days) before the start of a tour.

• For flight or cruise delays, you can get a full refund up to the start of the tour time, if you provide documentation from the air/cruise line of the delay.

• If you need to cancel within 72 hours of the tour start time for any other reason than the above, a 30% cancellation fee will be charged.

Weather: This tour will run ‘rain or shine’. Bouts of bad weather are almost always quite short in Buenos Aires. There are many opportunities to get out of the rain if there is a short shower, however 1 umbrella per person is always recommended (your tour guide will always have an extra umbrella with them just in case!)

Accessibility: Keeping in mind that we offer walking & dancing tours, our tours are accessible for most people. Please let us know in advance if you have any accessibility issues so we can make any necessary modifications.

Language: Your native English-speaking guide also speaks fluent Spanish. Please keep in mind that while some English is offered at muesums, restaurants, & on the street, the main language spoken here is Spanish. Your guide is here to happily provide translation while on the tour.

Safety: Buenos Aires, in general, is a safe city. Small theft, however, is not uncommon. Taking pictures is absolutely fine ( & encouraged, the city is beautiful) but we advise that you be attentive to your phone or camera whenever it is out. Leaving it sitting out on a table is not advised. We also recommend not wearing any flashy jewelry or carrying excessive valuables with you, beyond the cash that you will need for the day.

Money: Argentine pesos are the main currency here. While credit cards are accepted at most shops & restaurants, it’s recommended that you have some cash with you just in case. We are happy to speak with you more about currency exchange if you are not familiar with the Argentine economic system.

Gratuities/Tips: are not required nor expected, but are certainly appreciated. In local cafes, bars, restaurants, & for taxis, the standard tip is 10-15%

Recommendations for our walking tours: good walking shoes, a hat, sunglasses, & sunscreen. A layer of clothing to take on/off is also a great idea.

Recommendations for our tango tours: Because these are evening tours, with the earliest starting time of 8pm, it’s recommended that you don’t plan anything too early the next day.
